Anita has over 25 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, facial injections, and surgery. She received her dermal filler training in 1997 as one of the first nurse injectors and has continued to master the latest techniques and products as the injection market has

Anita is trained in advanced techniques including full face correction/non-surgical facelift with many products including all approved fillers, Sculptra, and Botox®/Dysport™.

Anita started her nursing career as a member of the UCLA/VAMC surgical team- working in Pre & Post Surgery and Surgical ICU. Later she joined the trauma team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center working in all aspects of surgery including open heart, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and plastic/reconstructive procedures. There she met a great team of plastic surgeons. She then transitioned to a full-time focus on reconstructive/plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. After working with many talented plastic surgeons in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills, she moved to the Bay Area in 2002 to continue her passion in aesthetics and skin care.

She combines both science and artistry to achieve the most natural results. When meeting with clients, she first takes the time to understand their needs and expectations. After explaining all available options and suggesting the best approach, she collaborates with them to devise a plan that will attain the optimal results.

Aesthetic nursing has allowed her to merge her love of art with her knowledge and appreciation of anatomy. For her, it unites two worlds that are typically seen as separate facets of life. “Work” isn’t just a place she goes; it’s a part of her life where she finds immense satisfaction and reward.

She is an avid baseball fan and enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family, including her 14-year-old “puppy” Dexter.

She grew up in Los Angeles. After earning her BSN and RN degrees, she worked in major trauma centers in the area, including UCLA/VAMC and Northridge Hospital, where she assisted in all aspects of surgery—open heart, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and plastic/reconstructive surgery. In 1997, seeking a break from the long hours and being on call, she accepted an invitation from the team of talented plastic surgeons she was working with to join their office. What was initially intended as a break has since turned into a 25-year career, offering her a level of satisfaction and fulfillment she had never anticipated.

With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, she is certified in the operating room and specializes as an Aesthetic Nurse. She holds training certifications in all Juvederm, Restylane, and RHA fillers, as well as Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, and the Fraxel Laser.
