WHAT IS IT?

A necklift is a procedure designed for patients who have fullness and excess skin in the neck but do not want or need a facelift. This procedure addresses fullness of the neck and under the chin, as well as very minimal jowling However, unlike a facelift it doesn’t make any changes to the face.

TYPES OF INCISIONS

There is one incision placed under the chin and two incisions behind the ears. These incisions allow the deeper tissues of the neck to be repaired, any fat removed and the skin to be tightened to give a refreshed, youthful look.

Necklift surgery requires IV sedation and local anesthetic. It takes approximately 3 hours.
