Anita Elliot, RN BSN
Anita has over 25 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, facial injections, and surgery. She received her dermal filler training in 1997 as one of the first nurse injectors and has continued to master the latest techniques and products as the injection market has evolved. Her specialties include full facial rejuvenation, lip enhancement, and preventative treatments - emphasizing natural results by utilizing her in-depth knowledge of anatomy and background in facial plastic surgery to reconstruct a more youthful, healthy appearance. She recognizes it is not merely filling wrinkles and adding volume but lifting structures and adding support where collagen has been lost to aid in reconstruction. Anita has been able to combine her love for art/ portrait sketching and nursing background together in a practice that specializes in natural, patient-focused results. Every patient is treated as an individual with a custom plan for skin care and facial enhancement and rejuvenation.
Anita is trained in advanced techniques including full face correction/non-surgical facelift with many products including all approved fillers, Sculptra, and Botox®/Dysport™.
Anita started her nursing career as a member of the UCLA/VAMC surgical team- working in Pre & Post Surgery and Surgical ICU. Later she joined the trauma team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center working in all aspects of surgery including open heart, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and plastic/reconstructive procedures. There she met a great team of plastic surgeons. She then transitioned to a full-time focus on reconstructive/plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. After working with many talented plastic surgeons in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills, she moved to the Bay Area in 2002 to continue her passion in aesthetics and skin care.

Sheila Pinion
Sheila has been in the medical field as an Office Manager for over 25 years and has been an integral part of the staff in our office since 2008. She has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the practice and is passionate about helping people, which shines through with the warmth and kindness she shows our patients. She graduated from UC Berkeley and worked in the software field for a number of years, before becoming a full time mom. Her three adult children still keep her busy and she stays very active with hiking, playing pickle ball, and traveling with friends and family.
Monique Westfall
Monique is a Licensed Esthetician by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and a Master Certified HydraFacialist. She has over 17 years of experience in the Aesthetic industry and holds advanced training and certification in Skin Care Rejuvenation, Dermaplaning and Chemical Peels. Monique enjoys continuously expanding her knowledge and skills with advanced training and she takes pride in creating unique customized treatments with the latest technology that is both corrective and relaxing. She sees beauty in every individual and believes taking the time to invest in your skin is a decision that lasts a lifetime.
